The United States Sports University is now in India

The United States Sports University, known around the world as “America’s Sports University” is proud to offer its online post-secondary, non-degree sport education courses to students in India through an agreement with the Sports Asia Foundation and the Telangana State Council of Higher Education.

The University’s continuing education courses are designed to meet the professional development needs, on the latest practices in the profession, for those individuals working in the sports industry.

University Continuing Education Units (CEUs) may be used for salary increases, promotions, and to maintain certifications within school districts, associations and federations.

Continuing Education offerings include individual courses, a certificate program, and various certification programs. All courses are online and are worth 4 CEUs.

Since its founding nearly a half-century ago, the University has leveraged its role and resources as a special mission sports university to make a global impact through quality sport instruction, research and service programs in 65 countries around the world. These contributions have varied in scope from the full-charge conduct of a nation’s entire national sport effort to individual coaching clinics, seminars, and symposia.

Clients of the University have included central sports organizations (CSOs, such as ministries of youth and sports), national Olympic committees, ministries of education (for physical education and interscholastic sport programs) and sport associations and federations.
